Close to the city but far away to be quiet; 5 minutes walk away from the shores of Swan River; easy to reach from the airport (about 20-25 minutes drive); supermarket / bottle shop 5 minutes walk away
No stove or oven in the kitchenette, only fridge and microwave

the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Despite being an older building, everything was functional and well-maintained. the location was perfect, providing easy access to Perth city, Garden City shopping centre, cafes, bars. I have stayed here multiple times and it has become my preferred accommodation when visiting Perth. Highly recommended for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

Free onsite parking and friendly staff
Comfortable beds and a nice balcony for fresh air. Close proximity to nice cafes and restaurants. - Great pub just a minute away. - Convenient little kitchenette
No elevator for heavy luggage. Small shower size

Convenient location, with shops, dining, and entertainment close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are functional and well-equipped with a TV, microwave, fridge, and nice bathroom. Good value for money. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

location, nice neighbourhood, convenient shopping for daily needs, variety of Restaurant food, cafes, pubs. walking distance to Swan River, convenient to get into the city
too many cupboards especially at TV shelf, not fully utilized and take up space. Good if cupboards be reduced to make room for a slightly larger dining table. Present table is too small if we stay in groups of more than 2.
